Role Description
The Social Media Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across Kodera Tech Design LLC's social media channels. This is a part-time, hybrid role (partially remote) requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week, based in Baku. The intern will independently handle content creation and design, including drafting posts, designing visuals, selecting formats, and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The role also includes monitoring engagement, tracking basic performance metrics, and suggesting improvements to future campaigns. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital design and communication within a technology-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Design and create social media content (5-6 visuals per post batch, twice a week) for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Design website catalogs and product/service showcase materials for Kodera and its clients
Build mockups and visual layouts for social media and marketing materials
Draft, schedule, and publish consistent content across all platforms
Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics, and suggest content improvements
Ensure all content stays consistent with brand guidelines

Qualifications

Background or strong interest in design (graphic design, UI/UX, or a related IT field)
Ability to independently create mockups, visual layouts, and website/product catalogs
Familiarity with design tools
Portfolio or sample work is a plus, but not required
No prior professional experience necessary, this is an entry-level opportunity
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing content independently on a regular schedule
