IstiHost (istihost.net) is one of Azerbaijan's oldest web hosting providers, operating since 2004. We run our own server infrastructure and are known for reliability and proper technical setup. We're growing and need someone to turn that story into clients.

What you'll own

• Outbound prospecting to SMBs, agencies, and resellers
• LinkedIn and Instagram content creation and management
• Cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Lead qualification and follow-up pipeline
• Coordinating handoffs to the technical team after a sale closes
• Tracking what's working and what isn't

Who you are

• Based in Baku
• Fluent in Azerbaijani (required); Russian and/or English a plus
• 1+ years in B2B sales, digital marketing, or account management
• Comfortable with cold outreach — you don't wait for inbound
• Self-starter — this is a small business, not a corporation with a playbook

Nice to have

• Existing network of agency owners, IT freelancers, or business decision-makers in Azerbaijan
• Experience running B2B content on LinkedIn or Instagram
• Familiarity with web hosting or IT services
