Develop social media positioning and communication concepts for the agency's client brands;
Schedule and publish approved content; ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms;
Ensuring timely and accurate content publishing;
Monitoring social media metrics and identifying key insights;
Manage communities: monitor comments and inbox, respond to inquiries, escalate sensitive cases according to brand guidelines;
Track trends, competitor activity and platform updates; turn them into concrete content ideas;
Collect performance data and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations;
Developing optimization recommendations based on performance data;

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management (agency experience is an advantage);
Higher education (Marketing, PR, Communications or related field);
Portfolio of brand accounts you have managed;
Strong analytical skills: confident use of native platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio);
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills;
Perfect knowledge of Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English;
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously, work to deadlines and under pressure;
Creativity, attention to detail, strong teamwork and communication skills.
