Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end production of engaging visual content. This involves conceptualizing video ideas, setting up and operating production equipment, and editing raw footage into polished, high-quality final cuts.
Responsibilities

Pre-Production: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
Filming & Production: Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Set up, maintain, and properly store all production equipment (cameras, microphones, stabilizers, and lighting kits).
Edit raw footage, sequence clips effectively, and ensure smooth transitions, professional sound mixing, and accurate lighting.
Ability to Add music, subtitles, motion graphics, and special effects, as well as perform color correction to match brand guidelines.
Export and format final video files optimally for various digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and websites).
Organize, tag, and securely archive all media files and project assets.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related creative field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Solid technical understanding of camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras), lighting techniques, and sound recording.
A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating exceptional shooting, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong creative flair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A keen eye for visual composition, focus, exposure, and narrative flow
Must have a strong back-up power supply and internet supply, and a working laptop.
