Company Description Start IT is a specialized training center focused on developing future IT professionals and preparing them for real-world work environments. Start IT offers a range of programs, including IT Specialist, Network Administration, IT for Kids, Java Programming, System Administration, Web Programming, and Project Management. Learners work on practical tasks and real projects throughout their training. Upon successful completion of the programs, participants are supported in obtaining international IT certifications.

Role Description The System Administration (Windows) Instructor will design and deliver structured lessons on Windows system administration to learners at different skill levels. This full-time, on-site role is based in Baku and involves planning course content, preparing training materials, and teaching both theoretical concepts and practical skills in a lab environment. The instructor will guide learners through installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows systems and servers, as well as core troubleshooting and security practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive classes, supervising hands-on exercises, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in preparation for relevant certification exams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in System Administration and Server Administration, particularly in Windows environments.
• Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting and provide reliable Technical Support in classroom and lab settings.
• Understanding of Linux System Administration concepts is an advantage for comparative teaching and broader infrastructure context.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training, with clear communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) are highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to design practical lab exercises, assess learner progress, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to work on-site in Baku in a full-time training environment.
