What You'll Do:

Lead project planning by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify project risks, constraints, and assumptions, and plan mitigation and response strategies to keep projects on track.
Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear task ownership and setting performance expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project timelines, including critical path analysis and key milestones.
Maintain accurate, accessible project documentation, including charters and requirements.
Prepare and distribute project status reports, ensuring clear, open communication across teams.
Manage project scope, including change requests, while keeping delivery aligned with core objectives.
Provide rapid, hands-on support during critical issues to ensure project continuity and fast decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with project management tools and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of software or product lifecycle management.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Risk Management and Quality Assurance practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong grasp of client/business requirements.
Fluent Azerbaijani and advanced English.
A continuous-learning mindset, an Agile and flexible approach, and genuine commitment to delivering the best customer experience.
