Job Duties:

• Create precise technical drawings using CAD software, based on on-site measurements and project requirements.
• Develop project-related designs that meet safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure designs align with overall company objectives.
• Prepare and present project drafts and proposals as needed.
• Supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support Project Managers both in design phases and during on-site execution.
• Participate in projects as a design engineer and/or site supervision expert.
• Conduct site assessments, analyze land/topography/soil data, and identify any environmental challenges.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, codes, and obtain necessary permits.
• Communicate promptly with management on any execution challenges or risks.
• Oversee project execution from concept to handover — managing timelines, budgets, and coordination between stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality, timely completion and documentation of all design deliverables.
• Provide monthly progress reports and status updates.
• Prepare accurate project budgets, schedules, and cost estimations.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, complying with all company safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Higher degree in the technical field, Construction and Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction.
• Proven experience in CAD design (AutoCAD or similar).
• Strong background in civil or structural engineering.
• Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes, environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Effective communicator, both in technical and cross-functional settings.
• Good command of Azerbaijani and English.
