Əsas vəzifələr

• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved HSE plans, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Functional owner of piping engineering procedures and practices.
• Participate in site safety walks, inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings
• Track closely the work of the main contractor's construction progress to ensure compliance with the schedule, budget, HSE and quality
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and applicable codes and standards
• Identify construction risks, constraints, interfaces, and potential schedule impacts at an early stage. Ensure SIMOPS risks are identified and controlled
• Monitor contractor manpower, equipment, productivity, work fronts, and construction progress.
• Coordinate construction priorities with engineering deliverables, material availability, procurement, and commissioning requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and construction progress reviews
• Review and approve, within delegated authority, construction method statements, work procedures, inspection plans, and technical submissions
• Provide input into temporary works, construction sequencing, lifting requirements, access, logistics, and installation methodology
• Coordinate with QA/QC personnel on inspections, testing, and non-conformances
• Identify construction risks, constraints, and potential delays and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented
• Monitors construction claims and suggests ways to mitigate impacts to the project leadership including development of workarounds
• Ensure that construction lessons learnt are captured as part of the project lessons learnt session and ensure they are incorporated for the execution of future projects.

Tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science disciplines.
• 5+ years of construction experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 2 years of experience of leading/managing a third-party construction contractor
• Good working knowledge of Upstream Industry and brownfield expansions
• Proven marine and subsea construction experience
• Awareness of International Standards and Industry Practices
