Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE, regulatory, and company standards in all reservoir management activities.
• Line manage the reservoir management team.
• Lead and oversee reservoir management activities in Umid to ensure optimal field development and production performance.
• Develop and implement reservoir management strategies, surveillance plans, and gas/condensate recovery optimization programs.
• Supervise reservoir model builds / updates, decline analysis, material balance, and production forecasting.
• Integrate geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and engineering data to support robust field development decisions.
• Drive reservoir surveillance and monitoring, ensuring timely identification of performance issues and opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership in identifying infill drilling andworkovers
• Lead reserves estimation, classification, and reporting in line with PRMS and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with drilling, production, and facilities teams to align subsurface and surface development strategies.
• Mentor and develop reservoir engineers and multidisciplinary subsurface professionals, ensuring high technical standards.
• Manage budgets, studies, and consultant engagements related to reservoir management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering
• 15+ years of experience and minimum 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Gas reservoir experience
• Experience in gas/condensate and gas industry, including production planning, production engineering, petroleum engineering, well integrity engineering and operations.
• Experience with production & activities planning, including knowledge of petroleum engineering, offshore production, interface with green and brownfield projects, understanding of field development planning and execution, drilling & completion and process engineering, reservoir management, well modelling, stimulation and testing, computer programming and flow assurance
• Preferably knowledge of Intervention Engineering
• Preferably experience in international O&G Operator company
• Exceptional leadership skills
