Vakansiya haqqında
- Provide telecommunications engineering support throughout all project phases, including Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up.
- Prepare and review telecom design basis, philosophies, specifications, datasheets, system architectures, block diagrams, layouts, cable schedules and equipment lists.
- Review Engineering Contractor deliverables and ensure compliance with the approved design basis, Company requirements, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Review vendor technical proposals, drawings, calculations, datasheets, manuals and other vendor documents.
- Develop telecom scopes of work, technical requisitions and evaluation criteria, and support technical bid evaluations and vendor selection.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, interface meetings and resolution of technical queries and deviations.
- Coordinate telecom interfaces with electrical, instrumentation and control, safety, IT, security, civil, structural and other relevant disciplines.
- Provide engineering support for radio, telephone, public address and general alarm, CCTV, access control, data network, fibre-optic, navigation aid and other project telecom systems.
- Review equipment locations, cable routing, antenna arrangements, coverage studies, network architecture, system availability and redundancy requirements.
- Support vendor inspections, FAT, SAT, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and system acceptance activities.
- Monitor the quality and progress of telecom engineering deliverables and identify technical or schedule issues requiring resolution.
- Ensure telecom documentation is updated and issued as-built, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers where required.

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant telecommunications engineering experience, preferably in the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Experience in engineering projects, Engineering Contractor deliverable review and vendor document review.
- Good knowledge of industrial telecom systems, fibre-optic networks, radio systems, CCTV, access control, public address and general alarm systems.
- Knowledge of applicable international codes, standards and hazardous-area requirements.
- Proactivity, responsibility, and being able to work in a structured environment.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English.
