Support workshop, logistics, stores, purchasing, and certification activities to ensure operational requirements are met safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Work closely with Operations Supervisors to understand equipment requirements and activity levels, ensuring resources are available to meet operational demands.
Assist with the timely procurement of goods and services required to support customer and operational needs.
Coordinate equipment tracking and certification to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Liaise with the Procurement department to identify and develop cost-effective supply sources and achieve savings opportunities.
Support the implementation of purchasing controls, standardisation initiatives, and best practices across the business.
Maintain agreed inventory levels and ensure effective stock control processes, including:

Ensure stores and purchasing procedures remain current, effective, and compliant with company requirements.

Assist in planning and allocating equipment and workshop resources to support operational activity.
Promote inter-base and inter-company collaboration to maximise equipment utilisation and resource sharing across the region and wider organisation.
Ensure equipment, tools, plant, and materials are fit for purpose, properly maintained, and available when required.

Ensure compliance with Expro Quality Management Systems, company procedures, and applicable industry standards.
Participate in operational and safety meetings, sharing information on policies, procedures, technology developments, and business initiatives.
Ensure all incidents, near misses, and non-conformances are accurately reported, investigated, and corrective actions implemented.
Identify and address risks to personnel, assets, and the environment, taking appropriate corrective action when required.
Support the maintenance, inspection, calibration, and servicing requirements for operational equipment.

Minimum 3 years' experience within a workshop support, stores, logistics, procurement, or operational support environment.
Engineering qualification or equivalent technical discipline.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Experience in inventory control and procurement processes.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience working within the oil and gas, energy, or related industrial sector.
Knowledge of equipment certification and asset tracking systems.
AutoCAD experience.
Understanding of quality management systems and HSE requirements.
