Responsibilities

Support the Vessel Management Team with asset maintenance and administrative activities.
Maintain and update maintenance management systems (CMMS, MOCA, DMF, ATR).
Monitor maintenance work orders, equipment status, and failure reports.
Support maintenance planning and execution for offshore assets.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate material requests, document control, and timesheet follow-up.
Maintain equipment and certification registers.
Ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
Strong knowledge of asset maintenance and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Good understanding of maintenance processes, documentation, and technical reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in an offshore environment.

Job Details

Location: Offshore Construction Vessel
Rotation: 3-month offshore assignment
