Role Description The Consultant Internship is a full-time, on-site role based in Baku. Interns will support consulting projects by conducting market and industry research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and preparing clear, concise presentations and reports. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and organizing information from various sources, contributing to problem-solving and strategy discussions, and assisting in the development of client deliverables such as slide decks, memos, and process maps. The intern will collaborate with consultants and project teams, participate in client meetings as appropriate, and help document project progress and outcomes. The role offers practical exposure to consulting methodologies, structured thinking, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort working with data and translating findings into insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a structured, accessible way.
• Organization and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a project-based environment.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word or equivalent) for analysis and preparation of client materials.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrated interest in consulting, business, economics, or related fields; current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant bachelor’s program is preferred.
• High level of initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn new concepts, frameworks, and industry knowledge.
• Professional fluency in English, Azerbaijani, knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
