About VET-FEED

VET-FEED LLC is a growing importer and distributor of veterinary pharmaceuticals and feed additives in Azerbaijan. We collaborate with globally recognized manufacturers and provide innovative solutions to poultry farms, livestock producers, and feed mills across the country.

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations, develop business strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and organize team training sessions.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute commercial campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Conduct regular customer visits throughout Azerbaijan and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and prepare reports for the CEO.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, sales, business development, or marketing, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English.
• Turkish and Russian language skills are considered an advantage.
• Valid Category B driving license is required.
• Own vehicle is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across all regions of Azerbaijan.
