Sales Representative

Tegeta Motors Baku is a leading company in the automotive industry, offering a wide range of tires, motor oils, spare parts, and automotive service solutions. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultations to customers regarding the range of motor oils.
• Select suitable products based on the vehicle make, technical specifications, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Actively sell products and achieve individual sales targets.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and support clients throughout all stages of the purchasing process.
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and attractive appearance of the showroom.
• Monitor product availability and participate in merchandising and product display.
• Work with the company's internal accounting/ERP system and process sales transactions.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the product range, new products, and trends in the automotive market.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the field of motor oils and lubricants is mandatory.
• Knowledge of leading global motor oil brands and their technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience working with motor oils.
• Strong knowledge of the motor oil market, major brands, and their technical characteristics.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Confident PC user.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
