Is actively seeking to appoint the right candidate for the following position: Secondary English Teacher (Full-Time)

Address: Baku, Samad Vurghun street 151

Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the required field;
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE English as a First Language curriculums;
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English (C1 level of English);
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in the required field;
• Willingness to work with students aged 11-18
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work well with parents
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams), experience with educational technology and software;
• Strong knowledge of the National & International KS3, English language curriculums.
• A clear understanding of lesson planning and differentiation.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing lesson plans, teaching a full range of subject areas, assessing and evaluating students educational progress;
• To organize classroom and learning resources in order to create a rich and stimulating learning environment where learners are welcome.
• To deliver high quality teaching and learning to pupils in line with the requirements of the Cambridge International curriculum, including preparation for external assessments and examinations.
• To prepare and develop teaching materials, teaching programmes, methods of teaching and pastoral arrangements.
• Communicating students' progress accurately with parents
