• Provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the Department of Psychology.
• Lead the development and review of academic programs and curricula.
• Support high standards in teaching, research, assessment, and student engagement.
• Promote research activities, publications, and local and international academic collaboration.
• Support the professional development of academic staff.
• Coordinate departmental planning, reporting, and quality-assurance activities.
• Represent the department within the University and in external academic and professional networks.

Xüsusi tələblər

• A PhD in Psychology or a closely related field.
• A strong record of university-level teaching and academic research.
• Academic leadership or relevant administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Azerbaijani.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in departmental or academic-program leadership.
• Experience in curriculum development and quality assurance.
• A strong publication record and experience with international academic collaboration.
