Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Farsi to English Interpreter. The interpreter will provide real-time interpretation between Farsi and English during virtual calls, meetings, and consultations, ensuring clear and accurate communication for medical, legal, and business contexts. Daily responsibilities include listening carefully, conveying messages faithfully in both languages, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to professional standards and client guidelines. The role also involves preparing for assignments by reviewing relevant terminology, documenting key information when required, and collaborating with supervisors or quality assurance teams to maintain high service quality. Interpreters are expected to manage their schedules responsibly, respond promptly to assigned calls, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive communication environment for all parties involved.
Qualifications

Strong language proficiency in Farsi and English, including excellent listening, speaking, and comprehension skills.
Experience or training in interpretation, with the ability to convey meaning accurately and neutrally between Farsi and English.
Familiarity with medical and/or legal terminology, or willingness to learn specialized vocabulary through ongoing training.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and comply with privacy and professional ethics standards.
Effective communication skills, including clarity, politeness, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Strong attention to detail, reliability in following procedures, and consistent punctuality for scheduled calls.
Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment, including stable internet access and proficiency with basic computer tools and call center platforms.
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or interpretation services is beneficial.
Relevant education or certification in languages, interpretation, translation, or a related field is an advantage.
