Job Title: Outgoing Travel Manager
Company: Granit AS Travel
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (On-site)
Salary: 1000 AZN + Performance Bonuses
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Outgoing Travel Manager to join our team at Granit AS Travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating travel packages, managing international partnerships, and providing top-tier service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing individual and group tour packages for various international destinations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with foreign and local partners.
- Booking hotels and flight tickets through global reservation systems.
- Assisting clients with visa applications (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, etc.).
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Participating in info-tours and corporate presentations.
- Conducting market research and developing competitive tour offers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound tourism (Outgoing).
- Education: University degree.
- Skills: Strong sales skills (phone, office, corporate, and VIP sales).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of international hotels, resorts, and sanatoriums.
- Languages: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both written and verbal).
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. Experience with GDS (Amadeus, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- Personal: Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
