Rayda Tour Operator is a DMC with 20 years of experience and local offices in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

We specialize in incoming tourism, FIT and group travel, corporate travel, and MICE services, working with international B2B partners.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Incoming Tourism Specialist to join our team in Baku.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests from international travel partners.
• Prepare travel itineraries, tour programs, and quotations.
• Calculate costs for individual and group travel arrangements.
• Communicate with hotels, guides, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
• Coordinate bookings and travel services.
• Maintain professional communication with international partners in English and Russian.
• Support the team in developing new travel products and programs.

Requirements

• Good command of English and Russian — essential.
• Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Previous experience in tourism is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for travel and tourism!
