Our Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic and motion design;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferrable;
• Relevant certifications in Graphic or Motion Design are an advantage;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani (English is an asset);
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro;
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Strong understanding of brand vision and ability to translate it into creative strategies;
• Familiarity with client journeys, marketing channels, and communication funnels.
• Experience with AI video generating tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Branding:

• Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong visual identity across all design outputs;
• Contribute to the development of marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company’s overall strategy;
• Support the implementation of creative and marketing projects in collaboration with internal teams.

Creative Design and Management:

• Develop and oversee the creative direction and design style of the company;
• Create engaging visual concepts for presentations, events, and campaigns;
• Design digital and print materials for various communication channels;
• Produce motion graphics and animations for social media and promotional use;
• Collaborate with startups to receive and analyze design briefs, lead content creation, and ensure visual quality;
• Review, optimize, and maintain content plans and visual assets to ensure relevance and impact.
