Key Responsibilities

• Create visual materials for presentations, reports, digital platforms and social media
• Turn research findings and ideas into clear, engaging infographics and layouts
• Support the development of brand identities and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and refine creative ideas
• Prepare and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring consistency and attention to detail

Requirements

• Strong visual thinking and creative skills
• Strong proficiency in English; Russian is an advantage
• Good understanding of typography, color, composition and layout
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma
• Ability to turn ideas and briefs into clear, thoughtful visual designs
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to support the creative process
