Əsas vəzifələr

• System administration — Manage and maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Network management — Monitor network performance, configure firewalls, ensure secure connectivity.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and enterprise tools.
• Maintain backup systems, ensure data protection, and support disaster recovery procedures.
• Conduct regular security checks, vulnerability assessments, and apply necessary patches.
• Support integration of new applications into the existing IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT inventory, equipment setup, and software licensing compliance.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable delivery of IT services.
• Prepare basic IT reports and documentation for system changes, incidents, and updates.

Tələblər

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networks, virtualization, and cybersecurity basics.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for supporting both technical and non-technical users.
• Professional certifications are preferred.
• Fluency in Azerbaijan and English.
