Senior Consultant - Cybersecurity Advisory

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant - Cybersecurity Advisor to lead complex cybersecurity consulting engagements and support clients on cyber risk, governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity consulting and implementation projects.
• Conduct cyber risk, controls assessments, audits, and remediation planning.
• Manage multiple client engagements and project teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Support proposals, solution development, and business development opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to cybersecurity best practices.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Cybersecurity / Technology Consulting, ideally at Manager level or above.
• Good knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, DORA, and NIS2.
• Hands-on experience across areas such as cloud security, IAM, data protection, SIEM, vulnerability management, incident management, third-party risk, and security governance.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian and Azeri is mandatory.
