Qualifications & Experience
Education:Degree in Electrical engineering
Work Experience: : min 3 years of experience in a similar role within Oil and Gas Construction area Knowledge of Languages English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)
Other Skills/Certificates Required

Knowledge of all the main international construction standards, codes and regulations. Ability to interpret them and to supervise their application;
Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment and test procedures. Safe and proper use of electrical instruments as multimeter, megger and loop calibrators. Ability to perform tests on electrical and instrumentation systems;
Knowledge of main electrical concepts and terms including but not limited to current, voltage, resistance, power, charge and efficiency;
Knowledge of electrical systems. Capability to carry out electrical inspections and maintenance and analyze electrical breakdowns;
Knowledge of main features for electrical technical documents;
Knowledge of power distribution systems and of the related controls and electrical connections

Responsibilities:

Perform the electrical work in accordance with safety and quality requirements
Perform electrical or electronic wiring connections for equipment, circuit breakers, transformers, cabinets and any other
electrical apparatus
Ensure the works are carried out according to project drawings
Verify the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and report any anomalies to Foreman
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivates and eliminate unsafe conditions
Follow the permit-to-work statement
Ensure the housekeeping of the work location
Properly maintain electrical systems, switchboards, related electrical equipment, SCR control system, EO System and all electrical instrumentation, including high/low voltage and DC System and all the equipment relative at the onshore fleet in accordance with Maintenance Electro Section Lead or Workshop Foreman (only for onshore activities
