Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems for production processes
• Program, configure, and provide technical support for PLC systems (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
• Develop, operate, and maintain HMI and SCADA systems
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot sensors, relays, VFDs, servo systems, and other automation equipment
• Diagnose and resolve automation, electrical, and electronic system failures
• Read, analyze, and apply electrical and automation schematics
• Install, test, and commission new equipment from an automation perspective
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Optimize production processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and industrial safety regulations
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other technical staff

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation
• Practical knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Good understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, etc.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team with a high sense of responsibility
• English language proficiency – minimum Intermediate level

Advantages

• Experience with automated production lines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software
• Experience in equipment commissioning and preventive maintenance
