Including but not limited to:Develop and implement the Company’s quality strategy in line with business objectives and market requirements.Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance targets in line with ISO and other applicable standards.Oversee the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with applicable ISO requirements and Company procedures.Ensure regular review and improvement of QMS policies, procedures, and documentation.Integrate quality requirements into business processes and all stages of the product and project lifecycle.Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.Oversee and coordinate QA/QC activities across mining, processing, and related operations, ensuring that materials, equipment, processes, products, and project deliverables comply with approved quality standards, technical specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable international standards.Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, root-cause analysis, and process optimization.Develop initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate ISO certification, surveillance, and recertification processes.Monitor changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices and ensure their timely integration into the QMS.Lead and develop the Quality Department and oversee the performance of its functions.Promote a strong quality culture through training, awareness, and professional development.Provide regular quality performance reports and recommendations to CAO and COO.

Tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in QMS, QA/QC, quality assurance, or quality control, preferably in mining, metals, manufacturing, processing, or another industrial environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QMS principles, QA/QC processes, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS frameworks, quality procedures, inspection and testing processes, and quality controls.
• Practical experience in managing QA/QC activities across operations, projects, equipment, materials, and production processes.
• Strong experience with internal and external audits, non-conformity management, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience in ISO 9001 implementation, certification, surveillance, and continuous improvement.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing certification bodies, external auditors, contractors, and other quality-related stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives and developing quality KPIs is preferred.
• strong command of MS Office
• fluent in English, Russian is a plus.
