Менеджер по контролю качества

We are currently looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a major international desalination / infrastructure project in Azerbaijan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all onshore and offshore construction, installation, procurement, manufacturing and commissioning activities are executed in full compliance with project quality requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Project QA/QC Management System
• Monitor the EPC Contractor’s compliance with approved Quality Plans, procedures, ITPs, RFIs and applicable standards
• Coordinate quality activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C and installation disciplines
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor qualification and approval processes
• Coordinate and participate in site, workshop and vendor inspections, FATs and quality verification activities
• Monitor procurement, fabrication and manufacturing activities from a quality perspective
• Manage NCRs, deviations and corrective actions and ensure their timely closure
• Lead QA/QC coordination meetings with the EPC Contractor and subcontractors
• Coordinate third-party inspection agencies and external quality entities
• Participate in internal and external quality audits
• Ensure proper preparation, review and control of project quality documentation and quality dossiers
• Prepare and review weekly and monthly quality reports
• Provide quality-related technical support to the Project Director, Construction Manager and project team

Candidate Profile:

• Strong professional background in QA/QC management within major EPC / construction projects
• Solid understanding of international quality standards, inspection processes and QA/QC management systems
• Hands-on experience with EPC contractors, vendors, subcontractors and third-party inspection agencies
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, FATs, NCR management, audits and quality documentation
• Experience across multidisciplinary construction activities is highly desirable
• Experience in desalination, water infrastructure, power, energy or other large-scale industrial projects will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
