Key Responsibilities

• Analysis & Design: Perform rigorous structural calculations and analyze load paths using manual math and advanced software to ensure integrity and regulatory safety compliance.
• Blueprints & Modeling: Create detailed engineering plans, structural drawings, and 3D modeling of metals and composite structures, specifically carbon fiber / glass fiber, designing in structural software and analysis.
• Material Evaluation: Assess the performance, durability, and stress tolerance of various structures with different composite and metal materials under different conditions.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with project managers and the team to seamlessly integrate structural systems into the overall project design.
• Prototype Development: A Practical experience in the development of prototypes to deliver prescribed projects along with the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software: Proficiency with structural design & analysis suites (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, etc.) and analysis applications (e.g., MSC Nastran / Patran, ANSYS Mechanical, etc.).
• Core Knowledge: Advanced mastery of statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials, and basics of mechanical engineering.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical thinking, attention to structural safety margins, factor of safety, and clear technical communication skills in English.
