What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business goals, technical challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Drive the technical strategy and positioning of Pure Storage solutions, clearly communicating their business value and competitive differentiation.
• Design end-to-end data infrastructure architectures by combining Pure Storage with complementary technologies across the Redington portfolio.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor for customers, partners, and internal sales teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and executive solution presentations.
• Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance storage and data infrastructure solutions.
• Lead or support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), performance benchmarks, solution validation, system configuration, and deployments.
• Own or contribute to technical responses for RFI, RFP, and RFQ opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Pure Storage and strategic technology partners on solution validation, interoperability, and technology roadmaps.
• Create technical documentation, architecture guides, and enablement materials while contributing to Redington's technical thought leadership.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive developments within enterprise infrastructure.

What You'll Bring

• Eligibility to work in Azerbaijan.
• 5–10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in enterprise storage, data infrastructure, and modern systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Pure Storage or other enterprise-class storage platforms.
• Deep understanding of FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN, DAS, and enterprise storage architectures.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments, NFS, distributed systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms, storage subsystem design, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, public and private cloud environments, containers, and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with VMware and core networking technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Russian language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with modern application architectures (Scale-Out, Scale-Up, NoSQL) and application-level infrastructure is a strong plus.
