Əsas vəzifələr

• Understand and comply with BOS Shelf QHSE System & Policies.
• Strictly follow instructions from his / her line Supervisor and BOS Shelf Management.
• Required to effectively manage the existing Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Ensure all hazards associated with the Permit to Work System with the proposed work are identified, cross referenced and the worksites are examined prior to commencement of work.
• Provide the required logistical and administrative support for the PTW system.
• Provide an efficient and consistent means of ensuring all requested work permit activities are coordinated with the ongoing activities and third parties.
• Coordinates with other entities regarding simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
• Verify permits prior to approval, to ensure all supporting documentation has been presented, applicable to the activities being carried out, appropriately approved by client, subcontractor and performing company personnel.
• Identification of plant, equipment, and process isolation requirements within the bounds of the Permit to Work System.
• Liaise with isolating authorities to ensure isolations are implemented Carry out Risk Assessment exercises and direct teams in Toolbox Talks as appropriate.
• Under direct instruction from Commissioning and Construction
• Superintendents issue authorized permits.
• Monitor simultaneous and adjacent work scopes.
• Resolve of any conflicts between work scopes.
• Participation in worksite inspections and PTW audits.
• Ensuring that all work permits issued are cross referenced (where applicable) to all interacting activity.

Tələblər

• Higher technical education with a focus on HSE.
• Appropriate HSE qualifications and certifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
