Əsas vəzifələr

• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, conducting pre-screening of background, identification of risks and evaluation of current and new potential suppliers;
• Developing and maintaining an effective filing system for the contracts;
• Assisting Procurement team in day to day activities, e.g. payments, submission of expense reports, follow ups with relevant internal and external stakeholders;
• Supporting several new and ongoing projects related to Travel & Procurement;
• Maintaining good relations with travel partners/suppliers.

Tələblər

• University degree completed or ongoing (3rd or 4th year student) in Economics or other Business-related fields (any previous Procurement-related experience will be considered as a plus);
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
• Good proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical mindset;
• Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;
• Attention to details and accuracy;
• Open-minded and smiling approach.
