We are inviting qualified local associates from Azerbaijan to collaborate with our team on a project-based basis.

We are seeking Political Analyst, Journalist, and Academics with strong expertise in local and regional political dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field research (surveys, observations, and interviews)
• Produce analytical and evidence-based reports
• Monitor social, economic, and political developments
• Work collaboratively with the research team to deliver contextual insights

Required Skills

• Excellent writing, analytical, and comunication skills
• Native or fluent in Azerbaijani (Russian fluency is a plus) and full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowlege of Azerbaijani and regional political affairs
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently under project timeline

Preferred Qualification

• Previous experience in political research, journalism, academic research, or similar roles
• Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research method
• Published work or relevant portfolio is a strong asset

📝Contract Type: Project-based

🌎Work Style: Remote with field activities when needed
