О роли

The X-Ray Operator is responsible for scanning metallic/chemical assembly units using X-ray technology to identify cracks, marks, pores, and other potential defects in manufactured parts. The X-Ray Operator analyzes X-ray images and determines whether the assembly units pass or fail the inspection. The operator is also responsible for achieving daily production volume targets and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate X-ray inspection equipment;
Monitor and control the production process, ensuring compliance with quality standards;
Handle parts in accordance with established procedures;
Ensure daily production volume targets are achieved;
Ensure the high quality of manufactured parts;
Regularly inspect equipment and production results, identify any issues, and take appropriate corrective action;
Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area;
Document production activities and report any non-conformities or equipment malfunctions.
