Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chinese Teacher (Mandarin) role based in Baku City. The Chinese Teacher will design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons for learners at various proficiency levels, using appropriate teaching methodologies and materials. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also support learners in developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin, maintain accurate academic records, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. Participation in curriculum development, educational events, and ongoing professional development activities is expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Chinese Teaching and Teaching skills relevant to Mandarin language instruction.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured learning experiences.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should preferably hold a degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Language, or a related field.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Mandarin (native or near-native level) and solid classroom management abilities.
• Candidates with experience teaching diverse age groups, familiarity with modern teaching technologies, and knowledge of language assessment methods will be considered an advantage.
