Role Description This is a full-time 12:00-21:00, on-site ESL Kids Teacher role based in Baku. The ESL Kids Teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons for young learners, using age-appropriate methods, activities, and materials. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans, preparing classroom resources, assessing learners’ progress, and providing constructive feedback to help students develop confidence and language skills. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in training sessions, and contribute to a supportive learning environment that promotes motivation and independent learning. The role also involves communicating with parents or caregivers about student development and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in Teaching and Lesson Planning for young learners.
• English with clear, age-appropriate communication skills.
• Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably in ESL or EFL environments.
• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or a degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to create inclusive, supportive classrooms and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to professional development and teamwork.
