Тьютор (Shadow teacher)

Are you a caring, patient, and empathetic educator who believes every child deserves to thrive? We’re looking for a Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a student with special learning needs, helping them adapt, engage, and progress confidently in the classroom environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support the child’s learning and behavior in a mainstream classroom setting;
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and the school psychologist;
• Help the student with focus, transitions, and social interactions;
• Observe and report on progress and challenges;
• Maintain discretion, compassion, and a student-centered approach.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children, especially those with learning differences;
• Patience, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Background in education, psychology, or special education is a plus;
• English is B1.

Note: This role is tied to the needs of a specific student. Therefore, the duration of the position may vary, depending on the development and circumstances of the child’s learning journey. More details will be shared during the interview stage.
