Role Description The Primary School Teacher will provide engaging, age-appropriate instruction to primary-level students in accordance with Cambridge International and school-specific curriculum standards. This full-time, on-site role in Baku City involves planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will manage classroom activities, maintain a positive and safe learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, providing feedback to learners, communicating regularly with families or caregivers, participating in school events, and contributing to curriculum development and professional learning.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Elementary Education and Education, with the ability to apply age-appropriate pedagogical approaches.
• Proficiency in Teaching and Curriculum Development, including planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons aligned with learning objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching primary school students, ideally in an international or Cambridge curriculum setting.
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student well-being and safeguarding.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
