Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Kinder Garden Manager (Uşaq Bahçası Müdürü) in a kindergarten or preschool.
• Experience managing kindergarten staff and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of childcare standards, safety procedures, and preschool operations.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is must .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the kindergarten.
• Coordinate and monitor teaching, administrative, and support staff.
• Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and a high standard of care.
• Maintain effective communication with parents.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Report to the owner or senior management.
