Əsas vəzifələr

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Department of Economics and Management;
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of academic programs and curricula in line with international standards and emerging trends;
• Promote research activity and support publications in reputable international academic journals;
• Develop academic and professional relationships with universities, industry, government institutions, and other relevant stakeholders;
• Contribute to international academic partnerships and collaborative initiatives;
• Support the strategic development and implementation of departmental goals in alignment with the University's overall strategy;
• Represent the department in relevant academic and professional activities;
• Prepare and provide relevant reports, proposals, and undertake other responsibilities related to the University's development as assigned by University leadership.
• Support faculty development, collaboration, and a positive collegial working environment;

Tələblər

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
• 5+ years of relevant academic or professional experience;
• Excellent command of English;
• Demonstrated research and publication experience in reputable academic journals;
• Experience in curriculum development aligned with international academic standards;
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities;
• Strong commitment to collegiality, teamwork, and a positive academic environment.
