We are hiring: Leasing Officer

Location : Baku, Azerbaijan

Compensation: 2,000 NET AZN

About the Role

• We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and structured Leasing Officer to handle day-to-day leasing operations and tenant acquisition for a premier commercial facility in Baku.
• In this role, you will be responsible for converting incoming leads into qualified opportunities, conducting professional property tours, preparing commercial proposals, closing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline records.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion amp; Client Tours: Promptly respond to direct, digital, and broker inquiries; qualify prospects and conduct high-quality property tours highlighting building features and amenities.
• Proposal amp; Contract Preparation: Prepare offer letters, calculate rent, service charges, deposits, and incentives using approved rate cards and templates.
• CRM amp; Pipeline Management: Ensure every lead has a defined next action; keep the CRM updated with stage, probability, move-in dates, and communications.
• Deal Execution amp; Compliance: Coordinate KYC checks, tenant documentation, and lease signatures with Legal and Finance teams.
• Operational Coordination: Partner with Facility Operations for technical checks, fit-out requests, and smooth tenant handovers.
• Market Intelligence amp; Renewals: Track lease expiries, assist with early renewals, monitor competitor developments (rents, vacancies, market trends), and support broker relations.

​​​​​​​Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Economics, or related field).
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, B2B sales, or corporate client-facing roles (Baku commercial real estate exposure is a strong plus).
• Core Skills: Strong sales discipline, numerical accuracy for rent calculations, proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and presentation tools.
• Languages: Professional Azerbaijani is required; English and Russian are highly desirable. Personal Attributes: Presentable, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking without compromising documentation accuracy.
