Менеджер по токенизации

We are currently looking for an experienced Tokenization Manager to support a major digital payments and wallet transformation program in Azerbaijan.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong banking, cards or payment processing background, with hands-on experience delivering digital payment initiatives involving tokenization, card issuing/acquiring, mobile wallets and payment schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the rollout and implementation of payment tokenization and digital wallet solutions.
• Manage MDES/tokenization activities and ensure successful implementation and readiness.
• Support integrations and launches involving Apple Pay, Google Pay and other digital/mobile wallets.
• Coordinate across banks, processors, payment schemes, technology vendors and internal technical teams.
• Manage projects from requirements and planning through integration, testing, certification, launch and post-launch support.
• Work closely with business, product, IT, development and operations teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Ensure solutions meet relevant payment scheme, security and compliance requirements.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies and overall implementation progress.
• Support digital payments and e-commerce transformation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience within banking, cards, fintech or payment processing.
• Good understanding of tokenization and digital payment ecosystems.
• Experience with MDES (Mastercard Digital Enablement Service) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Apple Pay, Google Pay or similar wallet implementations.
• Good understanding of issuing, acquiring, card processing, e-commerce and contactless payments.
• Experience working with Visa, Mastercard and/or other international payment schemes.
• Strong project/program management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with technical teams, processors and external vendors.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Previous experience within Azerbaijan/CIS/Eastern European banking or payments markets would be an advantage.
