Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role based in Baku. The Consultant will analyze client needs, gather and interpret data, and develop recommendations to address strategic, operational, and organizational challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews and workshops with client teams, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the implementation of proposed solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement and additional value creation. Consultants are expected to manage their own workstreams, adhere to project timelines, and contribute to business development activities as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficiency in preparing clear presentations, reports, and documentation for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Solid organizational and project management capabilities, including time management and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or a related professional services environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Baku and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in local languages is an asset.
