Position Summary
Seeton Azerbaijan is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the technical design and development of customer solutions across IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security technologies.
The role combines solution architecture and technical design, technical presales, product and solution portfolio development, and close collaboration with customers, Sales and Account Management teams, vendors, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture and technical design across Infrastructure, Network, and Security technologies.
Design solutions covering data center technologies, virtualization, HCI, servers, storage, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
Lead the technical part of RFP/RFI processes, including BoM/BoQ and technical proposals.
Plan and support PoCs and solution implementation.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
Provide technical presales expertise and participate in customer-facing technical discussions.
Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams on customer engagement strategies.
Develop and manage the company’s product and solution portfolio.
Build strong technical relationships with vendors and distributors, supporting vendor strategy, certifications, vendor partnership levels, and joint business planning.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
Required Hard & Technical Skills
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security technologies.
Solid knowledge of data center technologies, virtualization, HCI, servers, storage, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
Proven experience in solution architecture and technical presales.
Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI, BoM/BoQ, PoCs, and technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
Experience working with enterprise customers, Sales teams, vendors, and distributors.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Desirable Technical Skills
Experience with SD-WAN and enterprise networking solutions.
Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity solutions.
Vendor certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, Dell Technologies, HPE, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.
Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, and Microsoft Security.
