Senior BI və biznes analitik menecer

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI & Business Analytics Manager who can turn complex data into clear business insights and help build a strong analytics framework across the company.

We are not looking for someone who simply builds dashboards upon request. We need a proactive analyst who understands the iGaming business, identifies unusual changes in performance, investigates their causes, and helps the business make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI dashboards and management reporting.
• Work with databases, DWH, data marts, and multiple data sources.
• Establish consistent definitions for key business metrics.
• Analyze performance across Product, Marketing, CRM, Bonuses, Payments, Retention, Player Behaviour, and Finance.
• Identify anomalies, risks, trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Investigate the reasons behind changes in key KPIs.
• Formulate and validate hypotheses using data.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and develop predictive models where relevant.
• Automate Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting.
• Build monitoring and alerting for significant KPI deviations.
• Present complex analytical findings as clear business conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in BI / Data Analytics / Business Analytics.
• Hands-on iGaming experience is required — online casino and/or sportsbook.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Understanding of DWH, data marts, and analytical models.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, segmentation, trend and variance analysis.
• Ability to independently investigate data and identify the drivers behind business performance.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Proven experience using AI tools in analytics.
• Strong business mindset and ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
