Product Designer (UX/UI)

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-centric digital products and experiences.

In this role, you will be involved in the end-to-end product design process - from understanding customer needs and identifying pain points to developing concepts, creating prototypes, designing user interfaces, and evaluating solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, and other stakeholders to transform business and user needs into simple, engaging, and valuable digital experiences.

Higher education degree;

Experience managing products end-to-end, from defining the product framework and concept through design, delivery, and evaluation, with a strong focus on identifying product opportunities;

Conducting analysis related to developed products and services;

Conducting user research to identify current pain points, challenges, and needs among users;

Identifying pain points and improvement opportunities in existing processes using Customer Journey Mapping methodology;

Developing and implementing detailed designs across various devices and platforms to shape and enhance the overall user experience;

Translating concepts and ideas into projects, wireframes, and functional prototypes;

Defining and maintaining the visual style and ensuring alignment with agreed design guidelines;

Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that deliver both user and business value;

Creating UI prototypes and conducting user research to identify and validate customer needs and requirements;

Demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills within a team.
