Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Baku. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, including clarifying vacancy requirements with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating selection stages, and supporting the job offer process.

The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, preparing and publishing job postings, working with recruitment platforms, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in full-cycle recruitment;
• Ability to independently conduct interviews and assess candidates;
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Russian at a native or bilingual level;
• Proficiency in English at a conversational level;
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media sourcing;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Recruitment experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
