Role Description The Specialist will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Sumgayit, responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of VLand Systems’ solutions. This role includes monitoring daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure services run efficiently and meet quality standards. The Specialist will document processes, prepare reports, and assist with system updates or improvements as needed. In addition, the role may involve communicating with clients or stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that expectations are clearly understood and met.
