Senior Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional ready to take on greater responsibility in leading audit engagements and mentoring junior staff.

About the Role

As Senior Auditor, you will lead audit fieldwork, manage client relationships, and ensure engagements are completed in accordance with professional standards and firm methodology. You'll work closely with engagement managers and partners while supervising and reviewing the work of staff auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements from start to finish
• Assess internal controls and identify areas of audit risk
• Prepare and review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures
• Supervise, train, and review the work of staff auditors
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and engagement leadership
• Ensure compliance with GAAS, GAAP/IFRS, and firm quality standards
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of audit experience; Big Four experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license or active progress toward CPA a plus)
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level (advanced/fluent)
• Russian proficiency at C1/C2 level, or native Russian speaker
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage engagement teams and meet deadlines
