To provide accurate manual or automatic orders to suppliers based on all necessary information.
Monitor timely deliveries and inform the Commercial team of any issues that arise.
Ensure adequate inventory levels in stores and Distribution Centers (DC), take measures to prevent stockouts.
Manage promotional orders.
Monitor information related to primary suppliers and Logistic Variation (LV) for each store or DC.
Inform the procurement team when encountering two primary suppliers for a product.
Update the scheduling for manual or automatic orders in the system for each store or DC.
Ensure the active process of automatic filling for all types of orders and manual order placement.
Provide support to the auto-replenishment team if needed for order confirmation.
Manage orders for newly opened stores.
